Bungee Fun Flights

This is a 50 minute Bungee Fitness Class

 

Have you ever fantasized about the sensation of soaring, leaping, and dancing gracefully through the air? Do you have aspirations to harmonize with the forces of nature in order to sculpt a leaner and more agile physique? If so, consider embarking on a bungee fitness journey, which could be the perfect avenue for experiencing weightlessness while attaining your ultimate fitness objectives.

Cycle Class

This is an indoor cycle class for all levels.  We warm up for about 5 minutes and burn calories for approximately 45 minutes by getting that heart up by going through a variety of hills and sprints.  Then we will cool down for approximately 5-10 minutes.  Overall, class lasts about an hour.  

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and Internationa music/dance that creates a dynamic,exciting and fun workout.  This is a 50 minute class combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness....Ditch the normal workout.  Join the Party---ZUMBA!!!!!!

Laughter Yoga
